Scotch Tasting
The Jazz Kitchen held a Single Malt Scotch tasting that included appropriate food tastings. The Scotches featured were, Balvenie, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, Oban and Talisker. Food included Chicken Satay with peanut lime sauce, mixed greens with candied walnuts and mandarin oranges and Tiramisu.
